- Hi Alejandro Palacios Naspud, thank you for asking. Both cases differ significantly, leading to different decisions by me as explained in my deletion rationales. In case of File:Movimiento revolucion ciudadana.png we have letters (are below COM:TOO) and the very simplified shape of a flame (also below COM:TOO in judgement of COM:TOO Andean Community and the cited case of the Saturn logo). In contrast to this, File:Partido Socialista Ecuatoriano.png has a far more complex flame, a torch, and a hand holding this. All this goes beyond COM:TOO and no case law is given which would allow me to divert that much from common COM:TOO thresholds. Regards, AFBorchert (talk) 10:32, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
